Ember Laser Studio provides custom laser engraving services on various materials including but not limited to wood, leather, metal, glass, slate, and other compatible substrates. Our services include:

Order Placement: By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products or services. All orders are subject to acceptance by Ember Laser Studio. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation or begin production.
Design Proofs: For custom orders, we will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs for accuracy, including spelling, layout, and design elements.
Approval Process: Once you approve a proof, we will proceed with production. Any errors not identified before approval are the customer's responsibility. We cannot be held liable for mistakes in approved designs.
Customer-Provided Items: When providing your own items for engraving, you acknowledge that:
Turnaround Time: Standard production time is 5-7 business days after proof approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Production times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 within the continental United States.
International Shipping: We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Ember Laser Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of Loss: All items are shipped at the customer's risk. Once an item is handed over to the carrier, Ember Laser Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or an error made by Ember Laser Studio.
Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will, at our discretion, either remake the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Non-Custom Items: Unused, non-engraved items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs). Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet begun. Once production has started or a proof has been approved, cancellations are not possible.
Important: Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.

Customer-Provided Designs: By submitting designs, logos, or artwork for engraving, you represent and warrant that:
Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. We will not engrave trademarked logos, copyrighted characters, or other protected content without proof of authorization.
Portfolio Use: We may photograph completed work for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of order.
Disclaimer: Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ember Laser Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
