Most custom orders are completed within 5-7 business days. This includes design approval time. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. During peak seasons (holidays, wedding season), turnaround times may be slightly longer. We'll provide an estimated completion date when you place your order.

Yes! We send a digital proof for your approval before we begin engraving. You'll be able to review the design, placement, size, and text to ensure everything is perfect. Once you approve the proof, we'll proceed with production. We want you to be 100% satisfied!

We accept vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) for the best quality results. We can also work with high-resolution images (.PNG, .JPG, .TIFF) at 300 DPI or higher. If you have a logo or design in a different format, contact us and we'll see what we can do!
